Member for West Islington (Mr. Montague) with regard to the scope and objects of the investigations now in hand by the party of experts which is visiting the United States and Canada.
§ Mr. ManderIs it impossible to give any information in reply to the second part of the question as to the handing over of information to the French Government and other governments?
§ Earl WintertonThe information could not be imparted to a third party without the permission of the firms concerned. Presumably the French Government have their own methods of obtaining it.
