§ Mr. BernaysThe corporation have acquired 2.687 acres at Eastgate from Messrs. James Turner and Sons, Limited, at a price of £268 14s. The land being agricultural is derated. A compulsory purchase order has been made by the corporation for approximately II acres in Sandy Lane, and is at present being considered by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
