SassoonThe administration of the Public Health Act, 1936, is the responsibility of local authorities and the Act provides that a local authority may agree with the appropriate Government Department that any provisions of the Act shall apply to a Crown property. I have received no application for an agreement in pursuance of this provision in respect of any Government offices.
