§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education (Mr. Kenneth Lindsay)The Board have no information regarding the number of certificated teachers who, having failed to obtain employment in schools, have secured posts as physical training instructors under the physical fitness campaign. As I informed the hon. Member on 17th June last, courses of physical training are available equally for employed and unemployed certificated teachers. The Board have no information as to the number of teachers who, at the time of attending such courses, are without teaching posts or subsequently obtain them.
§ Mr. SextonWill the Parliamentary Secretary ask the President of the Board of Education to do something for this deserving and hard hit body of people?
