asked the Minister of Health whether he will consider introducing amending legislation to place the responsibility for the making up of roads on building estates, and all taking over charges, upon estate developers?

There has been no general demand for amendment of the present legislation, but I should be glad to have a note of any difficulty my hon. Friend has in mind.
