Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1936, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of part of the borough of Derby, the parish of Radbourne, in the rural district of Repton, and the parish of Kirk Langley, and part of the parish or township of Mackworth, in the rural district of Belper, all in the county of Derby, which was presented on the 28th day of February, 1938, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1936, and con-finned by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the royal burgh of Dornock and part of the counties of Sutherland and Ross and Cromarty, which was presented on the 3rd day of March, 1938, be approved."—[Captain A.
