§ Mr. ManderDoes the Prime Minister realise that while he is trying to make up his mind the German troops are on the Austro-Czech frontier, which they can cross at any moment, and will he not try to give a decision on behalf of this country which can alone preserve the peace of the world?
§ Mr. Noel-BakerIn the event of armed conflict arising in Western Europe as a result of unprovoked aggression in violation of the Covenant, will His Majesty's Government fulfil their obligation to France under the Covenant and under the Locarno Pact?
