asked the Home Secretary whether he will indicated the class of industrial and commercial undertakings which, in addition to those measures which all employers are expected to undertake, should take special measures to protect factories against air attack to which the Government is prepared to give financial assistance, as foreshadowed under paragraph 36 of Command Paper No. 5682?

The undertakings in question are the public utilities of electricity, gas, and water supply, the railway companies and dock and harbour undertakings.
