MorrisonI am aware that prices of fat sheep since the beginning of the year have been below those ruling for the corresponding period of 1937, although they have been above the level ruling two years ago. The present trend appears to be due to several factors, among which is the decline in wool prices in the last few months. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I are keeping the situation under review.
Mr. McKieIn view of the considerable assistance to the beef producers and the dairymen, will my right hon. Friend consider giving assistance to the sheep farmers as well?
