MorrisonIf my Noble Friend is referring to the amendment of the Land Drainage Act, 1930, I have already asked the Catchment Boards Association to let me have their views on the subject, and I have also expressed my willingness to consider a memorandum on the same subject which, I understand, the recently formed Association of Drainage Authorities proposes to submit to me.
