Resolved,
That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1936, and confirmed

by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, for the amendment of the Chatham Rochester and District Electric Lighting Order, 1890, and for other purposes, which was presented on the 14th day of December, 1937, be approved.

That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1936, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of the burgh of Fort William and part of the county of Inverness, which was presented on the 2nd day of February, 1938, be approved."—[Captain A.
