I beg to move, in page 20, line 8, to leave out from the beginning to the second "and," in line 14.

This Amendment and the one which follows are purely drafting in character and effect the transposition of substantially the same language from one part of the Clause to another.

Further Amendment made: In page 20, line 19, at the end, insert: (2) Any such exemption may be absolute or conditional and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Section, may he made conditional on a permit being obtained from a Marketing Board or on the sale or purchase in question being made at, below or above a price, and on terms, specified in the determination or by a Marketing Board acting under and in accordance therewith."—[Mr. W.
