§ Mr. ButlerThe detailed plan which the Secretary-General of the League of Nations was instructed to draw up after consultation with the President of the Governing Body of the Nansen Office and the High Commissioner for Refugees coming from Germany has not yet been received.
§ Lieut.-Commander FletcherDoes the hon. Gentleman propose to ask the Secretary-General when this report may he expected?
