Lord StanleyI have recently received from the Board an interesting and comprehensive report embodying the results of a general survey on the question of migration from the United Kingdom to the Dominions, on which they have been engaged during recent months. I propose to arrange for this to be issued in 868 the form of a Command Paper within the next fortnight.
