§ 53. Mr. Beaumontasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that whereas the colours of a Regular unit are provided and repaired through ordnance those of a Territorial unit cannot be provided or maintained, either directly or indirectly, from Army funds or the public funds of county associations; and whether he will consider amending the regulations so as to enable the colours of Territorial units to be provided from the same source as those of Regular units?
