§ The Prime MinisterThe escalation discussions are still proceeding and I am at present not in a position to add anything to the reply which my hon. Friend gave to the Member for Ince (Mr. G. Macdonald) on 23rd May. The second part of the question does not therefore at present arise, although His Majesty's Government will naturally bear in mind that particular aspect of the question.
