§ Sir H. Morris-JonesMay I be allowed a word of explanation on this Bill? When I noticed that the Second Reading was down for to-day I rushed into the House, and when the Second Reading was called I shouted "Object" as clearly as I could, and I am sorry you were not able to hear me. Hon. Members near me can corroborate my statement that I definitely objected to the Bill. I trust, therefore, that there is some way by which further consideration can be given to the matter.
§ Mr. SpeakerI am afraid that the House cannot go back on its decision.
