§ Mr. ColvilleThe Report of the Highlands and Islands Sub-Committee of the Economic Committee of the Scottish Development Council will, I hope, be received in the near future. Until I have 21 had an opportunity of examining it, I think it would be premature to consider the hon. Member's suggestion.

Gentleman keep in mind the fact that many Highland local authorities are completely dissatisfied with the operations of this committee; and will he convene a conference of these local authorities in order that they may, at least, have an opportunity of stating their case?
