The business for Thursday, 16th June, will be: Report and Third Reading of the Herring Industry Bill, and of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Bill; Second Reading of the Naval Discipline (Amendment) Bill; Committee stage of the Essential Commodities Reserves Bill, and of the Imperial Telegraphs Bill; further consideration of the Mental Deficiency Bill, and, if there is time, other Orders on the Paper.
