Mr. CooperA scheme for supplying films to sea-going ships of the Fleet is now being prepared and will be put into operation in a few weeks' time when it is known how many ships are likely to join in the arrangements. The ships' companies will pay for the use of the films at a weekly rate of about 1½ a head, with higher rates for officers varied according to rank.
