§ The Under-Secretary of State for Air (Captain Harold Balfour)The De Havilland Aircraft Company are engaged in the manufacture of civil twin-engined all-metal passenger aircraft, and the Department is in negotiation with the company regarding steps which might be taken to encourage the speedy production of this type.
