asked the Home Secretary under what conditions Alexei Nikolenko, president of the Donbas Miners' Union, was admitted to this country, in view of the fact that the declared object of his visit was to make an attack on Fascism and to declare the Russian people on the side of the Spanish Government and China?

Mr. Nikolenko was admitted to the United Kingdom on 18th July for a week's visit to attend by invitation the Conference of the Miners' Federation of Great Britain.
