asked the Minister of Labour when the report of the Commissioner for Special Areas for 1938 will be published?

The last report was for the period up to 30th September, and I am informed that it is the present intention of the Commissioner for the Special Areas in England and Wales to submit a report for the year ending the 30th September, 1938. I cannot yet say when it will be published.
