Lords Amendment: In page 9, line 29, after "scheme" insert: and to any other person appearing to the Commission to be specially concerned.

Mr. Lloyd

I beg to move, "That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment."

This Amendment raises the question of of those factory owners whose premises may constitute a special risk, and where a fire brigade is maintained.

Lords Amendment: In line 36, leave out "they shall be in accordance therewith," and insert: the scheme shall apply those scales with or without modifications.
