asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he can now make a statement on the Government's policy with regard to the Gilmour Committee's report?

I hope to be in a position to make a statement on this subject on Thursday next.

Mr. Davidson

In view of the fact that the Scottish "Daily Herald" indicates that this is Home Rule for Scotland, will the right hon. Gentleman take the first opportunity of denying it?
