asked the Prime Minister whether he can make a statement on the conversations which have taken place between the Egyptian Prime Minister and members of His Majesty's Government?

As conversations are still in progress with the Egyptian Prime Minister, I am not in a position to make any statement.

Does the Prime Minister expect to be in a position to make a statement before the House rises?
