§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health (Mr. Bernays)The area of the Glebe estate acquired by the Feltham Urban District Council as a public open space is approximately 34 acres; the purchase price was £13,326; prior to purchase the land was agricultural and, therefore, derated.
