§ Mr. BernaysYes, Sir. The corporation have informed my right hon. Friend that, after further consideration, they have decided to re-affirm their previous decision as to the closing of these nurseries.
§ Mr. KirbyIs it not possible for the Department to bring some pressure to bear on the corporation in this matter?
§ Mr. BernaysAs the hon. Member knows, my right hon. Friend has asked the corporation to reconsider their decision, but, in fact, the matter, of course, is one entirely within their discretion.
