HC Deb 13 July 1938 vol 338 cc1479-80

Order for Third Reading read.

Motion made, and Question, "That the Bill be now read the Third time," put, and agreed to.—[Mr. Elliot.]

11.56 p.m.

Mr. C. S. Taylor

On a point of Order. I submit to you very humbly, Mr. Speaker, that I rose when the Order for the Third Reading was read, because I wanted to make one or two observations on the Bill before it was read the Third time.

Mr. Speaker

I am sorry I overlooked the hon. Member, but I have now col- lected the voices, and the Third Reading has been carried.
