§ Mr. KellyI notice that reference is made here to Northern Ireland and to another important place, namely, the Isle of Man. I wish to ask whether consultation has taken place with the representatives of Northern Ireland and of the Isle of Man and whether they have agreed with the Home Office on this Measure as it is now presented to us. If they have not been consulted, or if they have not agreed, I wish to know why this Measure is being forced upon them. I hope that greater regard will be paid to the Island in connection with these matters in the future, than seems to have been paid to it up to the present.
§ Mr. BernaysThe hon. Member will, I am sure, be delighted to know that it has been arranged that there will be full consultation.
