I suggest that the Minister should elucidate this Clause for our benefit, and explain the effect of the changes that are made.

Mr. Bernays

I assure the hon. Member that there are no material changes.

Mr. Marshall

Is it not a fact that registered slaughter-houses now become licensed under the Bill? That makes a very definite change, and affects local authorities particularly.

Mr. Bernays

No substantial change is effected.
