§ Mr. E. BrownAt 13th June, the number of insured persons aged 16–64 recorded as unemployed in the Bury area was 7,613, or 31.8 per cent. of the numbers insured at July, 1937. A few vacancies have been notified to the Bury Exchange in connection with the Royal Air Force expansion programme and have been filled.
