§ The Minister of Labour (Mr. Ernest Brown)On 31st January, 1938, 30 factories had been completed on the Team Valley Trading Estate and 25 were under construction. On that date 1,487 persons were employed on the work of developing the estate and building factories. 825 persons were employed in the factories which were occupied by tenants.
