§ Mr. Hore-BelishaSince the beginning of the current financial year only, Territorial Army officers have been entitled to a refund of such expenses, and county associations have been empowered to pay them. In some cases the estimates have been exceeded. I have caused instructions to be issued that the claims are to be met.
