§ Mr. BurginThe more important circulars issued by my Department in regard to matters of general interest are made available through His Majesty's Stationery Office. In addition, explanatory memoranda dealing with the licensing of commercial road vehicles are available through the offices of the area traffic commissioners. If there are any particular circulars, which the hon. Member has in mind perhaps he will communicate with me.
