asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will state for some recent convenient date the strength, respectively, of the Regular Army, the Army Reserve, the Supplementary Reserve, and the Territorial Army; and the deficit in establishment on the same date in the Regular Army and the Territorial Army?

Following is the answer:

(i) Strength of the military forces on 1st February.
