§ Sir S. HoareAs I explained in answer to a question by the hon. and gallant Member for South Cardiff (Captain A. Evans) on 3rd February, the returns for 1937 are not yet complete. According to the provisional figures, there were 15 cases of conviction, in 13 of which the court imposed a period of disqualification. In one case disqualification was for life, in three cases for 15 years, in five cases for 10 years, and in four cases for seven years.
