§ Mr. Hore-BelishaTwo vacancies at the Staff College will, in future, be allotted to Territorial Army officers, who will receive the pay and allowances of their rank during periods of attendance at the College. Candidates from the Territorial Army are competing at the entrance examination which will be held in February and March for entrance to the Staff College on 1st January, 1939.
