The following new Clause stood upon the Order Paper in the name of Mr. STANLEY:

Persons to act for purposes of Part I in case of death or incapacity. In a case in which a person by or to whom under this Part of this Act any notice is required or authorised to be given, information furnished, claim made, or any other act or thing done, dies or is, or becomes, incapable of acting, references in the relevant provisions of this Act to that person shall be construed as including references to a person substituted for that person in accordance with rules made by the Board of Trade.
