That the Coal (Valuation Procedure) Rules, 1938, a draft of which was presented to this House on the first day of December, 1938, be made.This is purely a formal matter, but if any hon. Member wants information about it I shall be very pleased to give it. These Rules are made in order to enable the valuations to be made.
§ Mr. David GrenfellAll I desire to say is that we have made a careful examination of these Rules and I am assured by people who are expert in these matters 2835 that they are quite in accordance with the purpose of the Act. We do not propose to oppose the Motion.
