Ordered, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider what steps, if any, should be taken to ensure that, having due regard to the constitutional rights of the electors, the Speaker, during his continuance in office, shall not be required to take part in a contested Parliamentary election.

Ordered, That the Committee do consist of Sixteen Members.
