§ Colonel LlewellinOrdinary expenditure by the Government of India on civil avlation during the year 1937–38 amounted to Rs.21.4 lakhs. In addition, a sum of approximately Rs.20.9 lakhs was expended on capital works during the year out of the Special fund created for that purpose in 1934–35.
