§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education (Mr. Kenneth Lindsay)Teachers of physical training have been trained in various ways, and for the most part are not specialist teachers. The Board have not laid down particular qualifications for them, and do not give them special recognition as teachers of physical training. I am, therefore, unable to give figures.
