asked the Prime Minister whether Spain has fully met, up to date, her financial obligations as a member of the League of Nations?

Spain is in arrear with the payment of part of her contribution to the League in respect of the year 1937.

Mr. Davidson

Is it because of those arrears that the Spanish Government have received so little support from the British Government?

Mr. Mander

Are we not in arrears in carrying out our obligations?
