§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreNo special question relating to the conditions of employment of Europeans in the Northern Rhodesia copper mines has recently been brought to my notice. As regards the second part of the question, Major Orde-Browne has no specialised knowledge of white labour problems, and it is not contemplated that these should be included within the terms of his inquiry.
