§ Sir S. HoareI am not in possession of any such evidence as would justify me in instituting any general investigation as suggested. If, however, my hon. Friend is in a position to furnish me with information about any authorities which are not adequately enforcing the provision to which he refers, I shall be glad to make inquiry.
