Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to continue certain expiring laws it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such expenses (if any) and the payment into the Exchequer of such receipts (if any) as may be occasioned by the continuance of the Debts Clearing Offices and Import Restrictions Act, 1934, being expenses and receipts directed by section five of that Act to be respectively defrayed out of such moneys and paid into the Exchequer; and
  2. (2) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses of the Board of Trade under Part I of the Coal Mines Act, 1930, which may be occasioned by the continuance of that part of that Act."
