§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe report of the Commission will be considered by the Advisory Committee on Education in the Colonies and by the Governments of the East African Dependencies. I cannot, therefore, make any definite announcement at this stage, but I am hopeful that the Commission's main recommendations will prove acceptable.
