§ The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (Earl Winterton)The conditions governing the procedure of the Fuel Research Board were framed by the Advisory Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and approved by the Committee of the Privy Council on 6th February, 1917. My Noble Friend regrets that he cannot see his way to adopt the suggestion made by my hon. Friend in the second part of his question.
