asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, the number of requests that have been made to his Department for permits, and the number granted, to motor coaches to use certain roads in Hyde Park, St. James's Park, and Green Park for the three years ended to the last convenient date?
